Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
We recommend choosing Custom Measurements and checking the Size Guide for the most accurate and comfortable fit
How do I measure my nails?
Use a flexible measuring tape and place it across the widest part of each nail. Check out our Size Guide for a step-by-step tutorial
What if I am between sizes?
Always size up if between sizes for the most comfortable fit
Why are some measurements on the sizing chart the same?
When the measurements are the same, the bigger size is determined by the depth of your nails 'C-Curve'. If you look at your nail head on, you will see a slight curve, if that curve is more pronounced go for the bigger of the two sizes.
Why is there separate sizing charts from different shapes and lengths?
We get the measurements from our nail tip manufacturer, and we want our customers to have the best fitting nails no matter the shape or length so we made sure to provide separate size charts for all of the nails we produce

Can I request changes to a design?
Yes! If you would like to make small changes to existing designs, leave a note before you checkout. However, if you want big changes or a completely different design, please order a Custom Set
Custom Sets & Collections
How do custom sets work?
You upload your inspiration pictures, choose your shape, size, length and we will create a bespoke set just for you!
Can I request specific colours and charms?
Yes, Of Course! Please include all requests in the description of your order
What are Collections?
Collections are bundles of up to 4 sets, that we have specifically grouped together for a season or holiday, at a discounted price.
What if I don't want all 4 sets in a Collection?
That's totally okay! All sets in every collection will be on our website available to purchase by itself. If you purchase 3 or more sets, you will get a discount at checkout and a free KCNailEdit Collection Book.

Shipping & Processing
How long will my order take?
Every set is handmade to order so please allow for 5-7 days before dispatch
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we are working towards that and will hopefully be able to offer that soon!
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my nails?
Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on handmade press-on nails unless your order comes damaged or incorrect
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will work with you to resolve the issue
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect measurements inputted by the customer. If you are unsure please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help
Care
How long do press-on nails last?
Longevity depends on application & daily activities. With proper care and application they can last from several days to over two weeks.
What can I do to make my nails last longer?
Follow the application method on the website. Avoid any hard manual labour or prolonged soaking in warm water, if these cannot be avoided wear gloves
How should I store my nails?
Store your nails in the original packaging or in your KCNailEdits Collection Book after removal to keep them clean and protected
